What is covered under warranty?

Below is a general rule of thumb to help clarify what is covered under GoRout warranty and what is not.

Lost/Stolen Device = Not Covered

Lost/Stolen Accessory = Not Covered

Shattered Screen (Coach Device - Tablet or Handheld Sending Device) = Not Covered

Shattered Screen (Player Device - Watch or Scout Player Handheld) = Covered

Battery/Charging Issue = Covered

Software/Firmware Malfunction = Covered

Connectivity Issue = Covered

Scratch on Screen = Not Covered. Wear and tear is normal and to be expected. As long as the device is functioning properly and information displayed on screen is visible, a scratch does not automatically warranty a replacement under warranty.

Broken Watch Strap = Not Covered. Extra watch straps are provided upon original purchase and again at the time of renewal payment. These are to be used throughout the season in the event a replacement is needed. Additional replacements are available for purchase via our Accessories website.

Broken Watch Clasp:

  • Watch on left has a broken clasp = Covered

  • Watch on right is not broken, it just requires a new watch strap = Not Covered
