What if one of my devices won't connect?

You may experience a device that won't connect to the GoRout server. A "device not connecting" prompt will appear if this is the case.

If you experience a device that doesn't connect to the server, you will receive a notice on the device informing you it is not connecting. When you see this;

1. Tap the "close" icon. 

2. Use the reset feature. Simply slide from right to left at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, then tap the triangle, then tap "reset". 

3. If this doesn't work, utilize the hard restart function. Hold the power button on the side of the device, then tap restart.

4. If you're indoors you may need to go outside for your device to connect.
