What if one of my Scout Player devices won't connect or says no signal?
You may experience a Scout device that won't connect to the GoRout server. A "device not connecting" prompt will appear on the player device if this is the case.
If you experience a scout player device that doesn't connect to the server, you will receive a notice on the device informing you it is not connecting. When you see this;
1. Tap the "close" icon.
2. Use the reset feature. Simply slide from right to left at the bottom right hand corner of your player device screen, then tap the triangle, then tap "reset".
3. If this doesn't work, utilize the hard restart function. Hold the power button on the side of the scout player device, then tap restart.
4. If you're indoors you may need to go outside for your device to connect.
