What do I do if one of my scout devices breaks?
Contact GoRout Support. They will be able to explore your warranty coverage and issue return labels for exchanges.
If one of your scout player device breaks, contact GoRout Support to further troubleshoot the severity of the breakage. You will be asked to explain how the scout device broke (where it was being worn, how the break happened, etc.) and any other applicable details regarding the breakage. If your eligible for a warranty replacement, you'll receive a return label via email to drop off the broken scout device at a nearby UPS store. Once we see the device on the way, we will authorize the shipment for your replacement device.
