What do I do if one of my devices breaks?
Contact your Team Success Specialist. They will be able to explore your warranty coverage and issue return labels for exchanges.
If your device breaks, contact your Team Success Specialist to further troubleshoot the severity of the breakage. You will be asked to explain how the device broke (where it was being worn, how the break happened, etc.) and any other applicable details regarding the breakage. If your eligible for a warranty replacement, you'll receive a return label via email to drop off the broken device at a nearby UPS store. Once we see the device on the way we authorize shipment for your replacement device.
