Use the "Forgot Password" link either on the desktop or mobile app.
Option 1 (See picture below):
Open up the GoRout Mobile App. From the login screen, click the Forgot Password link underneath the Sign In button. Follow next prompts to set a new password.
Option 2 (Football Users Only):
Head to "air.gorout.com" on your computer. From the login page, select the Forgot Password link at the bottom of page. Follow next prompts to set a new password.
Option 3:
If you are still unable to login after trying both Option 1 & 2, please contact your Team Success Specialist.
