Watch(es) Displaying “No Signal”

Be sure to power on watches only after reaching the field.

If one or more of your watches are showing “No Signal,” try the following steps:

1. Power On Watches Outdoors:
Are you turning the watches on while indoors? It’s best to wait until you're outside at the field to power them on. If you're in the dugout, you may need to briefly step out to ensure they can connect properly.

2. Give Watches Time to Connect:
After turning them on, let the watches sit for about 5 minutes. If any still show “No Signal” after that, restart them and wait a few more minutes.

3. Contact GoRout Support:
If the issue continues, reach out to GoRout Support. A representative can check the network and make any necessary adjustments. Before calling, please have the following information ready:

  • The address of the field where you're currently located

  • The watches displaying “No Signal”
