Watches Displaying “No Active Game”

Restart the game from the app to restore watch functionality.

If one or more of your watches are showing “No Active Game,” follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify Game is Active:
Open the GoRout Diamond app and make sure a game is toggled ON. If it’s already active, try toggling it OFF and then ON again.

2. Restart the App:
a. Force close the app on your device (swipe it away from the recent apps list), then relaunch it. Repeat Step 1 after reopening.
b. If only a few watches are affected, try powering those individual watches off and then back on.

3. Update the GoRout Diamond App:
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Visit the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search for “GoRout Diamond.” If an update is available, install it and then retry the steps above.

Note: GoRout-provided sending devices are set to update automatically.


4. Check Your Device Software:
Ensure your phone or tablet is running the latest operating system. You can check for software updates by going to your device’s settings, typically under “General” or “About.”
