You can reset the device if it doesn't connect to the server initially. Slide right to left from the bottom right hand corner to show the triangle icon appear. Tap the triangle and click "reset".
Resetting the device is a very simple and quick way to eliminate any potential boot-up issues. To reset your device:
1. Click "close" on the error message displayed.
2. Slide your finger from right to left on the bottom right hand corner of your screen -- you will see a triangle appear.
3. Tap on the triangle, the then tap "reset" for a quick device reboot.
5. You will see your GoRout app begin to load shortly afterwards.
Some examples of reset scenarios:
1. Turned device on indoors, wasn't able to connect due to low service strength.
2. Device did not connect upon initial power up.
3. Device stopped receiving plays.
