How do I reset Diamond device?

Tap then hold the button for roughly 15 seconds on the front of the device.

In order to reset a specific player device, you can do this by performing a quick tap of the front button and then a long hold (10-15 seconds) until the screen goes black. This will reset the device without having to plug them back into the power source.
