You are able to cancel your GoRout subscription by emailing renewal@gorout.com or contacting your Team Success Specialist. After requesting cancellation, you will receive a shipping label to return all GoRout products. All GoRout-issued equipment (including devices, charging equipment, etc) must be returned within 30 days of receiving return label. Any unreturned equipment will result in an unreturned device penalty fee.
Please note: There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract to cancel a multi-year contract prior to it's conclusion. All unpaid fees must be collected to close the account.
